Chocolate Bar Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (The Boring Stuff)

 

Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of The Ministry of Chocolate Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

How to Enter

Receive one (1) entry for every purchase either on our website or from our factory outlet store of a regular size chocolate bar from The Ministry of Chocolate’s ‘City Inspired’ range during the promotional period.

 

Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Entries are automatic with online purchase and details will be collected from factory outlet at the time of purchase 

 

Promotional Period

Starts Wednesday 15^th October 2025 and ends Thursday 30^th October 2025 11:59pm.  Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

              

 Prize

The prize is 1kg Bar of the City Inspired Dubai Chocolate Bar. This is vlaued at $125 plus shipping.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 3^rd November 2025 at 2pm from all valid entries received. 

The winner will be notified via email/phone within 3 days of the draw.

              

Proof of Purchase

Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase to validate their entry.

              

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that The Ministry of Chocolate may use their name and/or photo for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without further compensation.

 

General Conditions

The Ministry of Chocolate reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
