



OUR STORY
The Ministry of Chocolate is a family-owned and run business producing high quality chocolate made on-site and supplied to a number of businesses including luxury hotels, wineries and specialty chocolate stores.
From humble beginnings at Farmer’s Markets across Melbourne, husband-and-wife team Drew and Karin Maddison found it increasingly difficult to produce their wares at home with two young boys wanting to taste test EVERYTHING so they took the leap and opened a large-scale kitchen.

OUR VISION
Drew’s background as a pastry chef and chocolatier, brings a wealth of production experience to the table. Combined with Karin’s retail and hospitality experience, the Ministry of Chocolate understands what kinds of products sell and how to make them efficiently with quality presentation.
With a strong focus on high quality product as well as delivery on time and without defect, The Ministry of Chocolate team believes that Australia’s high quality food resources separates it from other resource-based economies and remains committed to maintaining a connection to the farm gate.
